Overall experience
We  had very good family trip to Hong Kong and Macau, and overall, the trip was well executed.  Disneyland was the highlight of our holiday, and we also thoroughly enjoyed Lantau Island, Victoria Peak and exploring Hong Kong city.

The most significant part to highlight about HongKong yatra was that all the arrangements were on-time, be it sightseeing ticket booking, taxi pickups and drops, no follow-ups were needed for anything, thanks for that.

A big thanks to Biophilia Vibes and HongKong Yatra for coordinating the trip and helping us have a memorable family holiday.

Now coming to things which could have been better:

1) Macau visit was not planned well, 4 hrs for a day trip in Macau was not at all enough, after considering ferry pickup and drop duration, travelling to multiple places, the sightseeing was literally less than 3 hrs.
I felt Hongkong Yatra optimised the trip too much for cost savings.

2) When some responsibility is taken, pls ensure that the customer doesn't get binded by it, taking responsibility of providing breakfast and then not giving any option to the customer for food options is not a good thing.

3) For time bound trips, taxi drivers need to be instructed not to pester customer with calls to finish the places. City tour was an example.

Feedback for Yatra Travels Hong Kong

On behalf of our group of 30 members from Chennai who travelled to attend the Canton Fair, I would like to express our sincere thanks to Yatra Travels Hong Kong for the excellent arrangements and professional services throughout our China trip.

From our arrival at Hong Kong Airport, HK-144 entry arrangements and immigration clearance to daily private coach pickups and drops, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. Booking our transfers with Arpit was the best decision we could have taken on our trip to Hong Kong (28 sept - 4 oct).  I was traveling with senior citizens and an infant so comfort and convenience were my top priority and Arpit's team helped us with that throughout.
