Refund Policy
At Hong Kong Yatra, we strive to offer hassle-free travel experiences to all our customers. To keep the operation systematic and transparent, we have set our refund policy:
Unused Services
Once you have paid for a tour or services, you will not receive a monetary refund for services you did not use. This applies even if you did not use the service voluntarily, or due to a delay or last-minute schedule change.
Weather & Natural Circumstances
If there is a natural disaster or there is severe weather condition (including typhoons or severe rain storms), Hong Kong Yatra has the right to modify the itinerary. There are no refunds for these type of force majeure events.
Tickets and Time Sensitive Bookings
Tickets for ferries, attractions or shows bought through us will not be refunded or resold or transferred once their issued due to provider policies.
Immigration and Customs Issues
If a guest is denied entry or deported due to visa issues, invalid travel documents, or customs, the tour fee will still be redeemed. We are not responsible for any unused services in this situation.
Modifications to Itinerary
Changes to the itinerary on account of unexpected operational reasons (traffic, safety, etc.) will not be entitled to a full or partial refund. The team will always attempt to provide alternative options if possible.
Hotel Regulations
All hotel check-ins are subject to the hotel’s own terms. Refunds will not be provided by Hong Kong Yatra for falsities associated with guest’s check-in at the hotel (missing identification, late check-in, etc.).
Deposits & Security Holds
Though most hotel and service provider deposits for incidentals and other incidental charges are paid directly to vendors they must be processed with the vendors and Hong Kong Yatra will not provide refunds for vendor deposits. We encourage all travellers to read through our policy prior to booking their reservation.
