I planned a day trip for my mother during her long layover at HK, on her way to the US. Arpit Ji was super responsive on WhatsApp, knew exactly what would work for our timelines, had good suggestions to share. His staff Rajendra was the designated guide and driver for my mother’s tour, and he was a thorough professional. He made sure to understand if my mom had any mobility challenges, and tailored the day around her needs. Arpit Ji also helped us with a last minute visa issue at very short notice.
