We have booked multiple tour packages across China, Macau, and Hong Kong through Hong Kong Yatra, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. Arpit provided us with highly competitive pricing alongside exceptional on-the-ground assistance. One of their biggest strengths is their deep knowledge of regional travel logistics, including their invaluable help in navigating the China transit visa, which made our itineraries completely seamless. His prompt responsiveness is remarkable, and Arpit deserves special recognition for personally following up with us at every single step of the process. I highly recommend Hong Kong Yatra for all kinds of bookings, direct personal tour packages, and reliable transportation services.

Overall experience
We had very good family trip to Hong Kong and Macau, and overall, the trip was well executed. Disneyland was the highlight of our holiday, and we also thoroughly enjoyed Lantau Island, Victoria Peak and exploring Hong Kong city.

The most significant part to highlight about HongKong yatra was that all the arrangements were on-time, be it sightseeing ticket booking, taxi pickups and drops, no follow-ups were needed for anything, thanks for that.

A big thanks to Biophilia Vibes and HongKong Yatra for coordinating the trip and helping us have a memorable family holiday.

Now coming to things which could have been better:

1) Macau visit was not planned well, 4 hrs for a day trip in Macau was not at all enough, after considering ferry pickup and drop duration, travelling to multiple places, the sightseeing was literally less than 3 hrs.
I felt Hongkong Yatra optimised the trip too much for cost savings.

2) When some responsibility is taken, pls ensure that the customer doesn't get binded by it, taking responsibility of providing breakfast and then not giving any option to the customer for food options is not a good thing.

3) For time bound trips, taxi drivers need to be instructed not to pester customer with calls to finish the places. City tour was an example.

Finally, a big thanks for your efforts

We had a great experience with Hongkong Yatra. Their service is top notch. I was struggling to find a partner to get 144 hour visa to china and they provided me all the requirements and processed the visa within 4-5 working days.

Adding they provided top notch vehicle to travel from HK to Zhuhai and to Macau. Their drivers are professionals and provided best service.

I would highly recommend HK Yatra for any service related to Hongkong, Macau and China.

Feedback for Yatra Travels Hong Kong

On behalf of our group of 30 members from Chennai who travelled to attend the Canton Fair, I would like to express our sincere thanks to Yatra Travels Hong Kong for the excellent arrangements and professional services throughout our China trip.

From our arrival at Hong Kong Airport, HK-144 entry arrangements and immigration clearance to daily private coach pickups and drops, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. The dedicated tour guide, packed lunches from Sharmaji Restaurant during the Canton Fair, and evening dinner arrangements made our five-day visit comfortable and hassle-free.

We truly appreciate the team's cooperation, punctuality, and attention to every detail. The entire trip was well coordinated, allowing us to focus on our business activities without any worries.

We look forward to travelling with Yatra Travels Hong Kong again for our future Canton Fair visits and other international business trips. We are happy to recommend their services to other business groups.

Thank you to the entire team for making our China trip a wonderful and memorable experience!

Warm regards,
Anuj Gupta

Booking our transfers with Arpit was the best decision we could have taken on our trip to Hong Kong (28 sept - 4 oct). I was traveling with senior citizens and an infant so comfort and convenience were my top priority and Arpit's team helped us with that throughout. Very easy communication, excellent responsiveness, clean and spacious cars, on-time pick ups, flexible payment. Very very reliable, pls book without second thoughts!
